Fitzgerald Lake Conservation Area

A 936-acre preserve owned by the City of Northampton and co-managed by Broad Brook Coalition and the Northampton Conservation Commission. Its diverse habitats, including upland forest, marshes, old pastures, and a 40-acre lake, is home to a large variety of wildlife. Visitors can enjoy almost 10 miles of trails, an elevated wildlife blind, and a boardwalk and dock for launching canoes and kayaks.
