Paul Barten presented the keynote address at the Broad Brook Coalition Annual Meeting on November 8, 2020. Dr. Barten is Professor in the Department of Environmental Conservation at UMass. His talk we titled Adding Two Terms to the IPAT Equation: Effective Individual and Community Efforts to Mitigate Climate Change.
